Country Fair Events

The Grand Gateway Hotel is a full-service hotel, complete with an on-site Executive Chef and over 10,000 Sq. Ft.  of meeting space, as well as a 24-hour Perkins Restaurant and Cheers Sports Lounge and the all new Grand Bistro and Gourmet Coffee Bar. The Foothills Inn is a limited service hotel with seasonal heated outdoor pool, poolside rooms, continental breakfast and wireless internet.  These are just a few of the amenities of each property.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Grand Gateway Hotel

For call-in request, reservations may be confirmed by calling the Grand Gateway Hotel directly at
(605) 342-1300, or toll-free at 1-866-742-1300.  Fax requests for reservations should be sent to the attention of the Reservations Department at (605) 342-0663.

Foothills Inn

For call-in request, reservations may be confirmed by calling The Foothills Inn directly at (605) 348-5640, or toll-free at 1-877-428-5666.  Fax requests for reservations should be sent to the attention of the Reservations Department at 605-348-0073.

• Last Room Available Policy (LRA) – when hotel occupancy is forecasted at 80% or higher, all negotiated rates will be closed.
• Rate and Rooms are subject to availability are first-come first-serve basis.
• Advance Reservations are advised.
• Rates are valid for single and double occupancy; extra adult charge is $10.00. 
• Grand Gateway Hotel and Foothills Inn reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the rate is offered
• Hotel Rates are subject to applicable resort fees and local lodging taxes in effect at time of check-in or cancellation.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card by individuals making the reservations. The Grand Gateway Hotel and Foothills Inn will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.  Individual reservations must be cancelled not later than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges.  Please be advised to obtain a cancellation number from our reservations agent or we cannot guarantee a credit will be issued.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A valid credit card is required at check-in.  An authorization of $20.00 per day is secured to cover any incidentals charged to the room and is maintained over and above any balance due and room charges billed to your account (phone calls, food, and beverages). 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If for any reason, rooms are not available when guests arrive, we will be delighted to store luggage for them. We will also store luggage for those guests who may require a delayed departure.

EARLY CHECK-OUT

Any guest who departs the hotel ahead of his or her schedule date of departure will be charged one night room and tax in addition to any charges accrued during their stay. Guests will have the opportunity to verify and amend their departure date at check-in without penalty for the individual.
